RBRS is designed for but not limited to rubber conveyor and mineral processing repairs adding life extension while reducing costs. RBRS is an advanced polymer formulation designed in a variety of repair products to eliminate premature belt change out with reduced down time whilst rehabilitating worn or damaged conveyor rubber. RBRS offers far superior physical properties for conveyor repairs and life extension without using costly and outdated cold resin patch and vulcanizing methods. These traditional repair methods offer less physical properties i.e. low abrasion and tear resistance and only a short term solution, added high risk of failure in repair and slow cure meaning your belt is off for longer and not generating income.
RBRS requires limited belt preparation through our wet on wet fast cure, our unique advanced priming Shield-Prime™ SP composite Shield-Poly CV/FR/AR thick film coating. With our primer and being able to apply our protective coating on immediately whilst wet in a static or live belt operation, offers unlimited repairs to be done without the risk of delamination or damage to the repair completed. RBRS fast set coatings with the ability to lower the fire risk, as well as extreme wear resistance (Iron Ore, Coal most heavy metal materials) with superior adhesion and short cure (minutes not hours or days).
RBRS can be set up on site to be fully automated (robotic spray and prep) and operational in a live running belt as well as static splice and bulk filling repair requirements. Robotics preparation and application of our full system dramatically reduces OHS risk to operators and manual repair methods. RBRS is successful in replacing and reducing fire risk in early unpredicted damage (scraper skirt/transfer chute damage, impact and deflection idlers, belt tracking, improper transition set at trailer of transfer bolts fused) that all lead to premature belt replacement. Traditional repair methods offer only short term life extension in order to replace entire belts whereas RBRS will extend the belt life beyond all expectations.
