How do you cultivate braver, more daring leaders, and how do you embed the value of courage in your culture?
Hi, my name is Anita Anand and I am a trained and certified facilitator of Dr. Brené Brown’s Dare To Lead™ program. Brené is a research professor at the University of Houston. She has spent the past two decades studying courage and vulnerability, and most recently completed a seven-year study on courageous leadership.
A leader is defined as anyone who takes responsibility for finding the potential in people and processes and has the courage to develop that potential.
Based on the research of Dr. Brené Brown, Dare To Lead™ is an empirically based courage building program designed to help leaders and teams cultivate a culture in which brave work, tough conversations, and whole hearts are the expectation, and armor is not necessary or rewarded. This work is about creating a culture in which people feel safe, seen, heard, and respected.
The Dare To Lead™ approach has been successfully tested in more than 50 organizations and with approximately 10,000 individuals who are learning these skills on their own or in teams. From the Gates Foundation to Shell, from small family-owned businesses to Fortune 50 companies, to multiple branches of the U.S. military, this process has been found to have significant positive impact, not just with the way leaders show up with their teams, but also on how their teams perform.
It would be my pleasure to share this training with your organization. This training can be offered both in-person and/or online, as may best meet the needs of your team/s. Also, the content can be delivered in full or in part, and modified as necessary, based on the needs of your Company.
I would appreciate an opportunity to meet with you in person or online to discuss how I can best serve your organization with this radical and dynamic leadership model.
