ShieldInject S1 is a NON-DG, low viscosity single component hydrophobic, polyurethane with excellent flexibility. It is used to seal leaks in concrete cracks and joints. The injection system utilised for the product can be static mixers, pumps, surface parts and applied technologies surface pastes as a complete concrete crack repair system.

Upon direct contact with water, ShieldInject S1 produces a rapid reaction forming expanding foam allowing all gaps and joints be filled and completely sealed off. Fully cured ShieldInject S1 foam will not shrink in volume because it is a hydrophobic formula. The foam that is produced is a closed cell foam that cuts off water penetration.

ShieldPatch X2 is a fast and efficient solution for high abrasion, cut and impact situation repairs, our two-part polymer resin is specially designed for conveyor belt repairs. Developed for use primarily on conveyor belts, it can also be used for repairs on concrete surfaces, rubber linings, and polyurea coatings. ShieldPatch X2 versatile formula ensures quick and hassle-free repairs.

BeltShield® is a proprietary product for damaged and worn conveyor systems. BeltShield® is a composite system with 3 options. CV; Standard all around wear coating, CVAR; (Abrasion Resistant) extreme impact and feed belt solution. CVFR (Fire Resistant) high heat manufacturing, coal handling and bulk conveying where fire and heat are an asset risk. ShieldPrime® CV is specially formulated to ensure full crosslink to surface tension failure between the old belt and the new repair and wear system.

BeltShield® prides itself as the first fully 100% solids wet on wet applied system for immediate application, composite belt repair system, being solvent free, non-toxic with a low flashpoint being the only systems giving extended shelf life up to 2 years.

ShieldPoly CV has been specifically formulated to give additional abrasion resistance, higher elongation, with a tensile strength that prevents mass delamination., Our system is recognized as more durable than the original belt. At the same time, if the coating is damaged it won’t peel the polyurea off in massive sheets and clog up the system typical of.

ShieldPrime CV was developed to remove all requirements for solvent etching. BeltShield has been used on conveyor belts for FMG, Rio Tinto and BHP.

ShieldSeal 743 is a spray-applied treatment that is specifically engineered to penetrate the capillaries and pores of reinforced concrete structures to prevent electrolyte ingress into the concrete and to stabilise pH to help protect embedded reinforcing steel.

ShieldFoam PLF (Pole Lock Foam) is a closed cell polyurethane foam designed as a structural foundation replacement for concrete backfill of poles and posts. It can be used to set new poles in the ground, or to straighten existing poles. It is a cost effective, durable alternative to concrete backfill that still allows easy access for inspections of the pole in the below-ground section and requires only 15 minutes to set before conductor stringing.

ShieldChlor-Rid is a one-step application process which decontaminates surfaces at the molecular level, eliminating visually undetectable levels of highly corrosive substances, providing a uniform receptive surface prior to coatings application. The result is that protective coatings are more durable, more corrosion resistant and, therefore, substantially less likely to require frequent maintenance cycles, in other words;
assets last longer and cost less to maintain.

ShieldProof is added with anti-slip material, low viscosity, solvent free, two component polyacrylate dispersion resin, hardener a crosslinking agent. ShieldProof Anti-Slip can be operated after mixing 4:1 ratio, it is two component mixed paint, can adjust viscosity with water according to actual construction by painted or sprayed.

ShieldMining™ TSL is a unique new generation Thin Skin Lining (TSL) designed specifically for the consolidation of stressed rock structures associated with mining to prevent unravelling of strata and the associated risks presented from falling ground. It also has potential for use as a fire-retardant coating for various substrates. It is a two component hard, tough, resilient material that is applied through low pressure plural component machinery with a static mixer. No heat is required. The product is flexible with good elongation and high early compressive and tensile strengths. Adhesion is outstanding to even moist surfaces. 60 to 70% of the physical properties are achieved in 1-2 hours (depending on ambient temperature) although set up time is only 10-15 minutes

ShieldFix BF filler is a two component non shrinking solvent free epoxy filler. It is high strength, providing the abrasion resistance and compressive strength higher than concrete.

ShieldTop ST170 is a high solids epoxy coating. Its main properties are:

• High performance self-priming universal epoxy

• Compatible and with excellent adhesion to a wide range of paints
• Can be applied over mechanically cleaned steel and suitable prepared concrete
• Tolerant to slightly damp surfaces
• If required ShieldTop ST170 can be overcoated with a wide range of topcoats
• Applicable on surfaces treated with Water Jetting (Water jet to high pressure) according to Norm NACE nº7/SSPC-VIS-4(I) Excellent application characteristics

Artilin 3A Mate is an insecticide and acaricide waterborne matt paint, for interior walls and ceilings. This paint kills mosquitoes, flies, and mites by contact for more than 5 years.
